A moment of general reflection and training on the NEED - New Empathic Educational Design - project

On the occasion of the Salone del Mobile 2025, the 18 universities involved in the NEED project will meet in a hybrid format at the Politecnico di Milano to reflect on the project's achievements and future prospects.

The NEED project (New Empathic Educational Design), within the framework of the Orientation and Tutoring Plan promoted by the MUR and through the creation of an educational network on the key themes of design, aims at a path of increasing personalisation for the well-being of young people. The project, which will involve all lower and upper secondary schools and universities in the coming years, focuses on five key competences: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relational skills and responsible decision-making.

It will therefore be a moment of collective updating and training dedicated to the educational community, with the aim of consolidating the network of cooperation and encouraging the development of new synergies between schools, universities and the territory.
