Femme Fatale. Incanto e Crisi della Civiltà Borghese

The Gianfranco Ferré Research Centre presents Fabrizio Casu's new book Femme Fatale. Incanto e Crisi della Civiltà Borghese, published by VJ Edizioni.

The author will be joined by Maria Vittoria Bavarelli, curator of art and photography, and Antonio Mancinelli, journalist and expert on fashion and costume.

The presentation aims to explain the urgency of reconstructing the genesis of the femme fatale, highlighting the stereotypical traits that have been outlined over the years through social and cultural phenomena such as art, fashion, costume, cinema or music, and the related legacies in the present that this figure continues to perpetuate.
