Kitchen of the Future. The New Frankfurt Kitchen

PUBLIC SEMINAR

October 29, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., ADI Design Museum, Piazza Compasso d’Oro 1, Milan

On October 29, the ADI Design Museum in Milan will host a public seminar to launch the new Smart Design Lab - Master's degree programme in Integrated Product Design, School of Design. The seminar will prompt reflection on how the rational kitchen of the past can inspire the design of future kitchens.

The seminar will open with a talk by Antonella Andriani, Vice President of the Association for Industrial Design (ADI). This will be followed by a design talk with Klaus Klemp, the Rams Foundation's managing director, and Markus Orthey, Braun's design director. Venanzio Arquilla, Associate Professor at the Politecnico di Milano, will moderate the discussion and guide a shared reflection on the future of design.

This event invites students, designers and enthusiasts to participate in a dialogue-based event designed to inspire.
