Next Thursday, 12 December 2024, at 11.00 a.m., at Campus Durando - Building B2, Room 2.1.14, the seminar presenting the Digital Memorial for Victims of Duty will be held, where a project combining historical memory and digital technology will be presented.

The memorial platform project realised within the framework of a project financed by the European Union through funds earmarked for the PNRR (NGEU - Next Generation EU), supported by the Ministry of Culture, and developed in collaboration with the Association of Victims of Duty, represents a work of historical reconstruction, the outcome of collaborative work with the relevant public administrations, with the aim of providing a meeting space for the community, a place for reflection and an opportunity to enrich collective memory

The meeting will be an opportunity to reflect on the transformation processes of forms of memorisation in the digital context, and to present the details of the project, which combines historical research, design and digital technology, enhancing the memory of those who sacrificed their lives in the performance of their duties.
