Launch events

The launch of “The Bloomsbury Handbook of SERVICE DESIGN: Plural perspectives and a critical contemporary agenda” edited by Lara Penin, Alison Prendiville and Daniela Sangiorgi, will be accompanied by a series of events presenting the book.

To connect with the book’s international community of co-authors and readers, the launch will unfold through two online events in February 2026, followed by three in-person events in Milan, London, and New York.
