The national UX survey was launched to understand how the discipline and professions are changing in a deeply evolving market and context and what new trajectories the future holds.
The design community is now questioning itself on several fronts:
- Is UX just a cover for ineffective business models?
- Have we really reached the peak of UX with the completion of digital transformation?
- What will be the future of UX or how will it reach a new maturity?
- What impact will AI have on the future of the profession?
With a critical and searching spirit, this collaborative initiative will try to understand:
- What is the real situation in Italy?
- How do UX designers, service designers, product designers and other roles that deal with user experience actually work on a daily basis?
- What are the current challenges and opportunities?
