PhD, Full Professor of Design. She has been Dean, from 2016 to 2021, of the School of Design. In 2005, she established a master course in Product Service System Design, and from 2005 to 2015 she has been Head of the program.

From 2013 to 2019 she has been President of Cumulus, the International Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media. Her teaching and research relate to interior design, services, strategic design, and design-driven innovation.
