One year after the first research study conducted on Experience-related professions in Italy, we will discuss the results of the 2026 edition.
What confirmations emerge compared to the 2025 findings? How is the progressive integration of AI reshaping the landscape? What differences can be observed in how people perceive their work depending on their level of seniority? How can we strengthen the role of designers within organizations, ensuring they have an impact on strategic decisions rather than being confined to execution, a role that is increasingly becoming democratized?
This talk will explore these questions through the perspectives of professionals working in consultancy, product companies, academia, and as independent practitioners, outlining possible future scenarios to remain relevant. The audience will be invited to join the conversation through a final Q&A session.
