Designer, he is Associate Professor of the Politecnico di Milano - Design School .
Chair of the Bachelor Degree on Product Design and the Master Degree on Product Design for Innovation at the Politecnico di Milano - Design School
His research activities deal with design innovation tools and methodologies, UX, service design, design policies, making and fabbing, including different research on innovation and technological transfer of design at national and international levels.

He is the founder and the coordinator of the POLI.design _ XDA Experience Design Academy that comprise the UX Design higher education course.

He is the Director of the Master in UX Psichology, joined Master between Politecnico di Milano and Università Cattolica di Milano.
He is Faculty Member of the Master in Strategic Design (MDS), the Master in Service Design (SDM) and the Master in Transportation and Automobile Design (TAD) of Politecnico di Milano _ POLI.design.
He was founder of Narvalo, air of change, start-up spin-off of Politecnico di Milano in collaboration with BLS Group, for the development of respiratory protection products for urban, sport and active users with smart and IoT technologies.

Lecturer at the Politecnico di Milano since 2002 (lecturer on contract until 2007, Assistant professor until 2015 and then Associate Professor), for the Design School, holding the Metadesign Lab and other Design and Final Design Studio on the Bachelor Degree on Product Design, the Master Degree on Product Design for Innovation and the Design and Engineering Master at the Politecnico di Milano.
