Young researcher in the field of management for cultural institutions. Federica is pursuing her interdisciplinary Ph.D. with a scholarship on the design-driven approach and performance management for digital innovation in museums, between DESIGN and DIG Departments.
She has a background in Economics and Management for Arts, Culture, Media, and Entertainment from Bocconi University, and a Double Degree from Copenhagen Business School, where she graduated with a master's thesis on a study on the Italian artistic labor market, focusing on how formal artistic education influences the early career development of young Italian visual artists, and which has been partly published by Edizioni Fondazione Santagata.
She collaborated with Fondazione Santagata for the Economics of Culture (Turin) and as a research fellow with ASK Bocconi Research Center (Milan). Her academic and professional interests cover artistic careers, management of museums and cultural institutions, and participatory practices in heritage management.
