The Department participates in national and international research projects within the framework of the "Dipartimenti di Eccellenza - Design for Systemic Change" project. Thanks to the quality of its research, the Department is able to open new frontiers in the academic debate and to lead the development of scientific research with a high socio-economic impact in the following themes: Design for Systems of Production and Consumption of Goods and Services, Design for Public and Social Systems, and Design for Systems of Creativity and Culture.
